We collect the minimum required to run a sub shop website and answer your catering inquiries.

What we collect

• Catering form submissions — your name, email, phone, event date, headcount, and any notes you send. We use this only to reply.
• Anonymous web analytics — page views and basic device info, aggregated. We do not run third-party ad trackers.

How we use it

We reply to your catering inquiry. We use aggregated analytics to understand which pages people read so we can improve them. That is it.

How long we keep it

Catering inquiries are retained 18 months in our email inbox. Aggregated analytics are retained 14 months.

Who we share it with

Nobody we don't have to. We use Cloudflare to host the site and Resend to deliver inquiry emails. We do not sell or trade your information.
